Restoring
an Account
You
may need to restore access to an account you have previously registered.
For example, you may have new hardware, re-installation of the software,
deleted the casino software or are using more than one computer,
etc.
Because of these situations, you now have the option to activate
an existing casino account instead of registering a new one. In
order to do so, you must provide:
-
Username
(Alias or Poker Name)
-
-
Password
for that previously registered account
To use the ‘restore’ feature, please follow these instructions:
After
the casino software has been installed and launched for the first
time, a message box appears that prompts you to register an account
As
soon as you click ‘OK’, the following screen appears:
(Please note: You can also get to this screen by clicking ‘Register’
on the login screen.)
Select one of the two available options. Selecting the ‘Create
a new account’ option will pop up a new registration form
and allow user to create a new account.
Selecting the ‘Restore access to the account you have registered
before’ option, the next screen will prompt you for your account
information:
Again, three pieces of information are required to verify your account
identity:
- User
Name (also known as the alis or Poker Name)
-
-
Account
number. You can enter either fully qualified 10-digit account
number (such as XX01234567) or just 7-digit account (1234567).
If
all the fields you provided match the information of an existing
account, you will be granted access to the specified account and
the restoration process will be completed.

For subsequent logins, you should use the typical ‘Login’
form by typing in your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’
as usual. The ‘Restore’ account is a one-time procedure.
For security reasons the number of attempts to restore an account
is limited. If the allowed number of attempts is exceeded, the subsequent
restoration requests for this account will be denied for 24 hours.
