Real
Money Games
While playing at The Caribbean Sun Poker Room™, there are times when
players may experience a delay or even be (rarely) disconnected by the
game server during a hand.
If this happens to a real money player at The Caribbean Sun Poker Room
who has money in the pot, the player will have their money protected with
The Caribbean Sun Poker Room's "All-In" feature.
How do All-In's Work?
When a player experiences a connection problem and it is their turn to
act in the hand, the server will wait 30 seconds for them to act. If the
player's connection isn't restored within that 30 seconds, they will be
considered as being "All-In". Being All-In allows a player to
be eligible to win the portion of the pot that existed at the time that
the player was disconnected. If the player doesn't have any money in the
pot or has already used their All-In in the 24 hour time period, their
hand will be folded instead.
If a player simply time outs without any connection problems their hand
will also be folded. Every player at The Caribbean Sun Poker Room's Real
Money Games receives one All-In that may be used over a 24 hour time period.
The number of remaining player All-Ins is displayed in the top right corner
of the Real Money Poker table window.
If a player has used all of their All-In's, they may request to have them
reset by clicking on the Options button and choosing "Request All-In
Reset ".
All-Ins are also, automatically reset on a daily basis. The Caribbean Sun
Poker Room's card room manager supervises All-In activity during ‘Play
for Real’ games. Any player who misuses this feature will either
be denied any All-In reset requests or suspended from the game.
